I called and spoke the tech support. They have the unit, there is a bad CPU, he is checking on why it hasn't been fixed and returned yet. They will call me - or write back.

Called tech support RMA:50932. Customer service says CPU was sent back to be repaired. Cris Seiffert is looking into it today, will write. I suggested they put in a new CPU and get the machine back to us.
