Commands to run the analysis

  • inject the SA101 and SA104 files into the gpc1 database (32 exposures):

ipp_serial_inject_split.pl --telescope PS1 --camera GPC --workdir /data/ipp002.0/koppenh/stripe82/ --dbname gpc1 /data/ipp002.0/koppenh/STD/*

  • inject the y-band flats into the gpc1 database (7 exposures):

ipp_serial_inject_split.pl --telescope PS1 --camera GPC --workdir /data/ipp002.0/koppenh/stripe82/ --dbname gpc1 /data/ipp002.0/koppenh/y_flats/*

  • run registration step in pantasks:

  • run the y-band flat creation:
