Everything peachy so far. However, when I do

psconfig ipp-2.4

I get

Error reading arguments

 -> pmConfigFileRead (pmConfig.c:180): parameter is out-of-range
     Error: String name is NULL or empty.
 -> psphotArguments (psphotArguments.c:24): Problem in configure files
     Can't read site configuration
USAGE: psphot [-file image(s)] [-list imagelist] (output)


Don't know if it's relevant, but in ipp-2.3 I get

psphot: pmConfigCamera.c:693: pmConfigGenerateMosaickedVersion: Assertion `ptr' failed.
Abort

My config files are in ~jester/IPP/ippconfig/ - was there something that needed to be changed in the config files when going to 2.4?

Maybe bug 1063 is related, since I started from files that worked in 2.2?
