However, it also closes out the memory checks.  that means that programs like ppImage have to themselves call the functions that free psLib memory (psTimeFinalize, psTimerStop, etc) before calling psMemCheckLeaks().  We should re-work this so that we can call a single function (psLibSomething) to free the memory.
