1217	Build funpack and fpack as part of default build	Michael Wood-Vasey	Paul Price	"The routines 'funpack' and 'fpack' will be quite useful to folks who are learning their way around the IPP pipeline and PS1/IPP dataset.  One of the first things everyone is going to do is use their own routines to look at the files.  However, the Rice compression is going to make this harder.  I suggest that we build 'funpack' and 'fpack' and install them in the IPP bin directory as part of the default build.

This is a touch complicated because all we can count on is the source code in the IPP extlibs/cfitsio, but hopefully funpack and fpack are unchanged over the recent versions and can just be compiled against any standard installed CFITSIO library even if we're not explicitly building it as part of the install."	enhancement	closed	normal		misc	current	blocker	fixed		welling
