This has led me to accidentally submit a number of requests as blocker/highest when I really meant normal/low or something similar.  I am trying to get better, but I suggest that changing the default to be ""normal/normal"" will help the IPP team received a better and more useful list of the priority and severity of tickets.  This could potentially be a key aide in controlling the work flow now and certainly in the coming flood of bug reports when data start flowing."	defect	closed	normal		misc		normal	fixed
