1313	linear artifacts in image stacks	kpat.jhu	Paul Price	"Most linear artifacts should not survive to the stack stage: satellite trails should be removed by MAGIC while star glints are masked earlier. Yet some of these streak like artifacts do survive, and have similar positions in the different bands. They tend to be faint. They may be more prevalent in skycells close to the field edge, but they are also seen in skycells away from the edge.
