I have marked this as a minor bug because 'pkg-config' is not explicitly listed in the list of dependencies nor checked for by 'pschecklibs' and so the installation fails in a surprising way for the installing user.  I have give the URL for v0.22 above as it appears to be the latest (Aug 2006), although I have v0.21 on my Mac OS X PowerBook G4 (10.4.10)."	defect	closed	high		misc	unspecified	minor	fixed
