* workaround for issue of blank rows in DVO tables
* now batching-up data as requested by PSPS: includes job and batch dirs with XML manifest files (md5sum etc)
* completed perl script to produce PSPS data in bulk from throughput data (most of which can be reused for actual perl starting script)
* publishing data to 'PSPS_test' product on Maui cluster datastore
* lots of back and forth with Conrad regarding specifics of FITS format
