 * processed 100 i band 3pi images (for mask generation and static masking purposes)
 * with the help of serge (for the algorithm), created a robot that generates masks for the static masking - these use as the input a median of 100 images (the output of ppMerge). 
 * did lots of static masking - it was a million times less frustrating than before.
 * helped Henry (linked him to postage stamp server)

 * continued to process the exposures missing from PSPS. NFS was clearly the issue for the mast majority of failures the first time around.
 * PSPSVO
  * using threads for running queries. Enables query to be canceled, progress to be tracked etc.
  * using a tabbed-pane so that numerous query panels can be added and used concurrently
  * added some predefined queries to a new 'Queries' menu
  * lots of research into best approach to utilise TOPCAT's plotting capabilities - back and forth with lead TOPCAT developer: settled on design using SAMP to communicate with other VO tools

* IPP
 * changes to czartool/metrics in response to Chris' burntool changes: analysis is now from 6pm (HST) the previous day
 * started to look at new stacks cmf file provided by Gene
 * rest of the week was static masking. Lots of it.

 * Added preliminary code to make log(flux) compressed images.  Added method to alter the elements of the current filerule via a -R (filerule) (filerule_element) (new_filerule_value) command line option.  This is checked into my https://svn.pan-starrs.ifa.hawaii.edu/repo/ipp/branches/czw_branch/20101203 branch.
 * Static masking.
 * Created new CTEMASK.
 * More work on new nightly science/automation code.  Realtime burntool is implemented, and generally working, although data taken on Saturday morning pointed out two failure points.  Stacks and diffs are not fully trusted, and require a bit more work.
