   * all sa9 except for 2 batches are loaded onto psps
   * those 2 batches fall out of range - I investigated, and suggested we biggify the ra/dec area for SAS

     * 74k objects with ndetections = -999
        * 12k of those come from one of the failed batches - if psps rejects it shouldn't it not load anything related to it?
