 * 09:00 MEH: ipp045 having trouble, overload and nfs file access faults -- set neb-host repair -- nightly finished, setting back up
  * stsci18 neb-host up to provide space, seems okay over night. might as well do ipp055 and ipp071 also.
 * 15:45 MEH: ipp045 unhappy even w/ light cluster nfs loads (few refstacks and staticsky), so back to repair
