== PS1 IPP Czar Logs for the week 2018.05.07 - 2018.05.13 == [[PageOutline]] (Up to [wiki:PS1_IPP_CzarLogs PS1 IPP Czar Logs]) === Monday : YYYY.MM.DD === === Tuesday : YYYY.MM.DD === === Wednesday : YYYY.MM.DD === === Thursday : 2018.05.10 === * 15:00 EAM : the psps-wg agreed this morning that we should move forward on reprocessing the data in the polar cap region (DEC > 75). I've queued up exposures for that region using the label PV3.Pole.Reprocess.20180510. now that the nightly analysis is done, I'm going to start running these as ipptest using the low-end ippx nodes (since we are waiting until additional checks are done before committing to run the stack and object batches). I've set this pantasks to turn the processing on and off at 8am and 6pm. feel free to stop it if there are concerns, especially if nightly processing takes longer than expected in the morning. ~ipptest/stdscience * 17:30 CZW: I have constructed a new mask for GPC2 for OTAs (XY00, XY07, XY36, XY42, XY56, XY70, XY77). The other OTAs inherit the det_id = 20 version. This should clear up the XY36 related issues from last night, as well as making sure we don't try to get results from regions that are currently not working well. A test exposure (chip_id = 889) indicates that the mask works correctly to skip XY36. * 17:50 CZW: I am going to restart ippps2/stdscience to load a new input file. This adds much more processing power to the server, and comments out WSdiffs, as MOPS needs changes to them before they're useful. === Friday : YYYY.MM.DD === === Saturday : 2018.05.12 === * MEH: running distribution of all K2 C16+C17 warps in distribution pantask === Sunday : 2018.05.13 === * MEH: updated w-band refstack PSNSC.wref.20170707 reducing to DEC>-25 in both gpc1, gpc2 for MOPS+QUB WSdiffs
