 * 20120201T18:50 crashed with heavy load and over used swap
 * 20121001T13:52:30 Controller ID: 0 Command timeout on PD: PD = --:--:16, disk replaced and rebuilding
 * 20130107T11:50 (MEH) noticed 01/10 both ipp059,060 had a ganglia problem, looks like they rebooted on Monday but i can't find log about it. was it intentional/accidental or could there be a problem?
