Adding definewarpwarp mode for difftool. The template is taken to be the warp (not from the same exposure as the input) that is the closest in alignment (RA,Dec). Restrictions may also be placed on the time difference and position angle difference between the two. The query takes about 10 seconds without any constraints using the current database (1174 warps).
