add program to list the contents of a skycell's cmf file.
If extended source (SkyChip.xsrc) or model fits extensions (SkyChip.xfit)
exist include selected columns for their inputs as well.
Optionally produce a file that can be sourced in mana (or dvo) to read the contents into
vectors.
Names of colums in that file are augmented with the filter (g, r, i, z, y) and for the
model parameters the model name (EXP, DEV, SERSIC)
