Changes to add a revert to the stackSummary table:

• stacktool_revertsummary.sql
• Makefile.am
• stacktool.c %.h %Config.c

Typo fix:

• stacktool_addsummary.sql

Remove default to "object" in exp_type for regtool -processedexp

• regtoolConfig.c
