Correct commit that only updates my forced galaxy changes. Dropping ra/dec fields from ForcedGalaxyShape, as these are inherited from the stack detection, and should be fixed to those values (as it's forced). 'Complete' version of the forcedgalaxybatch.py, which has all the things similar tables also have.
