IPP throughput
- otis feedback of sufficient quality data
visualization tool for IPP throughput
- star counts ala Juric in raw, and sky cells total, and by filter, by time.
- catalog/datastore of jpegs of projection centers/ sky cells in "Rings" in each band - need to be able to inspect stacks coming out the end binning set by something that would make streaks/gaps visible.
