    5454 * 08:52 restarted stdscience pantasks. Left compute3 on.
    55  * 12:35 since the restart the stdscience througput has degraded. I suspect this is because we are running jobs on compute3 which is busy deep stacking. Turning all 4 sets of compute3 nodes off.
