Tuesday : 2017-09-26

• 16:45 CZW: Started single threaded retired node reinsert fix command. This will update only ipp005's data (stored on ippb15.1), and is a test that I can verify tomorrow with check script. The operations are simple updates with indexed keys.

Wednesday : 2017-09-27

• 14:00 CZW: Started reinsert fix scripts at moderately low impact (3 jobs).
• MEH: MOPS/IPP switched to use compressed WWdiffs last night -- seemed fine, warps+WWdiff now only ~400Mb/s out to nmops20 (connected i10, #37) and plenty of room for WSdiffs as well
  • was small hiccup in MOPS trailfitting with NAN/BLANK pixel values
  • rebuilding the nightly tag requires a direct check that compression is still turned on otherwise it will break things
  • now using continuously open sftp for transfer since scp/rsync connections take order 1-2s on some nodes.. (ipp117, ipp105..)

• MEH: again more misc cleanup, cleaning up WS in distribution, removing older MOPS publish files on datastore
