    • re-queue MOPS request to look at other failure issues -- FIXNS/RINGS.V0 -- some older data not reprocessed due to FWHM cut, this may be silently not giving data to MOPS reporting PSTAMP_NO_OVERLAP
    • continue re-queue MOPS pstamp requests looking at missing/broken file update fault cases from the stsci shuffle and clearing as needed
