+6. Also check on nebdiskd.  this should be running on ipp117 (location as of March 2017, after the cluster move to ITC).  If nebdiskd is not running, restart it by logging into ipp117 as user ipp and issuing the command 'nebdiskd'.  The program puts itself in the background and sends output to the log file /tmp/nebdiskd.log:
