-At the start of shift, we have winds gusting into the 20's m/s, high humidity and fog. Temp is 1.9 C. Rob added some lead weight to the Mead telescope to mitigate vibration in the case we do observe. It appears that some of RoboDIMM's bouncing is caused by the winds vibrating the dome floor. Uninterrupted high winds and fog continue through midnight. We're bailing.
