staticsky

An ongoing process of staticsky runs as issues were solved in psphotStack and data have been given a label/data_group with date and filter inputs.

MD04.refstack.20111012.5x20111114: few succeeded but enough for a sample set MD04.refstack.20111012.5x20111122: some CMFs lost with ipp064 disks, 1114 not a good replacement as few skycells succeeded in that run. MD04.refstack.20111012.<N>x20111129, <N=1-5>: not ready yet
