Simplifying the cmf

The psphotStack measurements are scattered over several fits tables in the cmf file. The program joinstkcmf uses STILTS to join the results for each detection into a single table with a very long row for each object.

Here is an example with a test cmf created by the ippToPsps test suite

joinstkcmf stack.03.cmf stack.03.concat.fits --test

The values for each of the 3 model fits are saved with modified column names. The names have either _exp _dev, or _ser appended to the column name depending on the model.
