    44{{{ippToPsps}}} is an IPP program for generating FITS files suitable for consumption by PSPS. {{{ippToPsps}}} generates FITS files from IPP {{{smf}}} and {{{cmf}}} files, in conjunction with the relevant DVO database, then publishes them to the datastore in the form of ''jobs''. PSPS collects these jobs and loader software inserts them into the PSPS database.
