Outline
The input for difference batches is a set of cmf files, one for each skycell covered by a particular exposure. A FITS output file is generated with the following extensions:
PSPS tables
1 StackDetection extension
1 StackApFlux extension per skycell
1 StackModelFit extension per skycell
1 StackToImage extension
