    33   * Mar 01, 2012 09:00:33AM - Controller 5 ERROR - Degraded unit: unit=0, vport=9 - it was hot-swapped by vport24 (slt9 DRIVE 9) replaced
    44   * Aug  1 22:07:22 2012 Controller ID: 1  Reassign write operation failed: PD --:--:10 Location
5   * 2012-11-27 Worked with Gavin to identify and replace the physical drive which had failed.  It turns out that the drive which the RAID controller software reports as #13 is actually labeled with a sticker saying #12.  It seems that there is an off-by-one-bug in the labeling of all of the drives.  The blink/identify command appears to have no effect!  The drives which are labeled with stickers "12" and "18" are what the RAID software calls #13 and #19. No downtime was required. --Haydn
