+Diffim detections have interesting issue: 
+ * ppSub re-run of samples were not producing the same detections, particularly the ones in question. Re-running with the same SEED however does. could make using the dipole stats difficult to tune.
+ * photpipe detection level set to s/n>=3 (ipp set to >=5). photpipe detections are swamped at the low level, but don't consider the typical residual a true source (see DOPHOT).
