Description
Section 5.1 of the SDRS lists 6 conversion functions for psTime. Where are the
algorithms that are to be used for each of these functions? That is to say,
what are the conversions for:
psTime to/from UTC
psTime to/from MJD
psTime to/from JD
psTime to/from timeval
psTime to/from tm
Are the functions located in libTAI, SLALIB, or another C library? If so, which
functions within each library are to be used, wrapped, or rewritten?

I have added these to the ADD and have sent the information directly to Ross.

Significant changes have been made to the psTime functions in the SDRS. More
detail has been added to the ADD, including conversions.
