Description
The natural question to ask when looking at the Failed Raw Imfiles page is "why did it fail". For this, we need a link to the log file.

this relates to ticket #1187: there are a few places in the schema where we have only URI and not path_base, and things like logs in some of these places require mangling the uri. To do that in ippMonitor would require a way of suppling the fact of that need and defining some supporting function. But the more I've been digging into tracking the analysis steps, the more I am convinced we should replace uri's (nearly) everywhere with path_base. Anywhere there may be more than a single related file should just have path_base and the known rule.
