Description
The detectability server seems to drop some rows that have valid images and components found by the pstamp code. These rows do not have the results added to their data hash, resulting in nulls that prevent the request from finishing.
- determine why these rows are being dropped and fix (test query file: /data/ippdb02.0/pstamp/work/20100826/10367/morganson.20100826165800.fits ROWNUM 529
