The example DQtest.txt file doesn't work with detect_query_create SVN r 29072

detect_query_create --input DQtest.txt --output DQtest.r
Number of header columns in input does not equal expected number of header words at /Volumes/data/PS1/code/ipp-2.9/mwv.darwin_x86/bin/detect_query_create line 322, <$in> line 2.

This seems to have something to do with the way keywords are processed. I tried to play around a little with blank lines vs. commented lines, but made no real progress.
