Description

Please provide a dummy routine, as SWIG generates a wrapper for it from the prototype.

Have removed the psMetadataFReadHeader function and used it to implement the
psMetadataReadHeader as requested in last Tuesday's polycom. Checked code into
latest MHPCC version of psLib.
