Bug 244 is not a duplicate. It dealt with ecliptic coords.
I'm also hoping that your comment about alpha_p and phi_p will be put in the
next ADD. The fact that they can be switched is not obvious to me from
equations 55 through 60.

The symmetry between equations 55-57 and 58-60 means that, to do a reverse
transformation, you can simply switch alpha_p and phi_p and apply the forward
transformation.
