Description
It appears that the directories "src/fileUtils" and "test/fileUtils" have been
renamed 'by hand' in the CVS repository. This has broken all tags that had
these directories in them.

Please check the permissions on subdirectories of "src/fileUtils" and
"test/fileUtils". I suspect that they are 'g-w'.

OK, fixed the permissions too; give it a try. Obviously, my initial testing
worked because I had the right permissions as owner.
