Description
The .pdf should contain all of the psLib components not presently in the SDRS
as well as their location in the code and type.

Some of these have already found their way into the SDRS. Others are entirely
internal to psLib and need not be specified in the SDRS. Others still require
entry into the SDRS.

It looks like the majority of the functions are already in the SDRS. Most of
what's missing from the SDRS are the private (p_) functions which the majority
of probably don't need to go into the SDRS. The only real major item is what to
do about the psCompare* functions as there is no related section in the SDRS.
Gene: Can you make a call about putting the psCompare* function into the SDRS?

we should lift the defined psCompare functions into the SDRS. This will make
everything more consistent.
