Description

In SDR-01 paragraph 4.1, the naming of BitMask was changed to Bitset.
Reference bug #12. The coding conventions document specifies function and
typedefs should capitalize internal words within the name. Currently, the
PSLib coding implementation uses psBitSet. Which should change the SDR or code?

is it two words bit set or a compound noun bitset? let's keep the code as is,
we'll change the SDRS to use BitSet.
