Description
In SDR-01 paragraph 4.6.3, the function psImageRotate does not specify the value the output pixels
should be set to if they do not map to an input pixel. What value should be used? The description also
specifies the center of rotation is always the center pixel of the image, but what pixel should be used if
there is no center pixel (i.e. 512x512)?

The ADD now specified the complete algorithm for the image rotation, including
the dimensions of the resulting image.
