Description
I inject bias and dark files/exposures, and start both a bias and a dark detrend
run. The output of "dettool -raw" indicates that the runs have been confused.

Turns out that this isn't a bug, but due to a "gotcha" in "dettool -definebyquery".
"dettool -definebyquery" should have an additional "-exp_type" argument:
dettool -definebyquery -det_type bias -exp_type bias -camera isp
and
dettool -definebyquery -det_type dark -exp_type dark -camera isp
The idea is that the first one says, "Find all the isp exposures of type bias,
and make them into a detrend run of type bias", and similarly with darks for the
second. If the "-exp_type" argument is left out, then it can select anything it
wants and call it the specified "det_type". User beware!

This was just a simple (but easy to do) case of confusing -det_type with
-exp_type. -det_type is a declaration of the type of detrend run to create and
doesn't have anything to do with the selection of exposures to include in the
new run.
