Description
The polynomials are implemented using ordinary polynomials, instead of Chebyshev
polynomials.

What part of psLib are you referring to? The general polynomial functions are
indeed implemented as ordinary polynomials, as they should be.

I believe this was pointed out somewhere in the SVD as it is a known issue.
