Things Bill Sweeney noticed perusing the SAS 39 database using PSI
back up to ippToPspsSAS39BillsNotes
StackObjectView a Join of ObjectThin StackObjectThin and StackObjectAttributes
projection and skycellID are taken from ObjectThin and thus is the value for the primary stack detection. This causes it the same value for all detections for the object even though they come from distinct skycells (distinct stacks).
This will be confusing I think. We proabably want to take the values from StackObjectThin.
UPDATE: This is a general problem with all of the stack views. See BillsSAS39ViewNotes
ForcedMeanObjectView.qualityFlag does not have the expected range of values. Looks like it is objInfoFlag range. Also objInfoFlag is always equal to dataRelease which is probably related.
UPDATE: I looked at the sql that creates the view. It's fine. If I query now I cannot reproduce the result that I saw.
STSCI reports that the radial aperture measurements are missing for a large portion of the survey. http://ps1sc.ifa.hawaii.edu/PS1wiki/index.php/DRAVG_telecon#SAS39
I looked into this a bit and confirm the results. In the problem regions the R5 and R6 measurements have a vast number of -999 values. In R7, they aren't -999 but they have values > 1E23 which are absurd. I'm looking at the fullforce cmfs to see whether the problemw in the measurements or in the averaging (which I assume is done by DVO).
RESOLVED: This was a problem in DVO that has since been repaired.
