• misc liaison support, ops issues
• MD re-reprocessing finished up. while dealing with re-reprocessing, added staticsky/skycal reprocessing for all new refstacks since they will likely want to be loaded into PSPS. also setup on rsync server for ps1sc to evaluate
• MOPS diffim problems with edge chips and dual convolution
• trying to work in time for deep stack and stack-of-stack tests
