Please set default "Severity" and "Priority" settings to normal/normal on default page for new Tickets

Description

The default settings for "Severity" and "Priority" in the ticket system are "blocker" and "highest" respectively. This has led me to accidentally submit a number of requests as blocker/highest when I really meant normal/low or something similar. I am trying to get better, but I suggest that changing the default to be "normal/normal" will help the IPP team received a better and more useful list of the priority and severity of tickets. This could potentially be a key aide in controlling the work flow now and certainly in the coming flood of bug reports when data start flowing.
