Description
To create a psGrommit, SLA's Aoppa function is called, and it requires a polar
motion in both the x and y dimension. I'm just not sure how to properly derive
polar motion from the given psExposure.
I'm sure this is something simple, but I don't want to start guessing on
something this fundemental.

The polar motion is the x_p and y_p that comes out of the time tables using
psTimeGetPoleCoords.
