Addition of psLookupTableStatus

Description

In SDR-15 section 3.7, specifies a psLookupTableStatus which is used in
functions psLookupTableInterpolate and psLookupTableInterpolateAll. A previous
bug #304 resolution specified the implementation should not use a status type.
Should we re-implement the status type or follow Bug #304 resolution?

Removed the psLookupTableStatus from the SDRS; it was left over from an old version.
